To create the loft style living space whilst maintaining many of the original features, the developer wanted to modernise the staircases, cabrio balconies and mezzanine floors.

Mykon's B-Clear panel offered an innovative material which brought the specific elements up-to-date in line with current trends, while also being a structurally sound material.

B-Clear was used for the mezzanine floors and the steel constructed balconies.

The B-clear material allowed light to flow through the room, which meant the developer could deliver the desired loft style living aesthetic.
